I have worked for every type of business entity there is in the Financial Services Industry – from large national broker-dealers to smaller independent advisory firms. During my tenure at these firms, it would often seem to me that the focus was more on the firm making money than helping clients.
In 2018, I launched my solo practice with the goal of serving clients with uncompromising ethical standards that align Promenade Wealth's success with their best interests.
Promenade Wealth offers comprehensive financial planning as its core focus and foundation. We believe that a good investment strategy must be supported by a holistic analysis of the client's financial goals and specific circumstances. And it must be frequently reviewed to ensure it aligns with these principles over time.
Portfolio management is offered in collaboration with Dimensional Fund Advisors. Custodial services are provided by Charles Schwab.

Originally from the UK, I launched my career in Financial Services in 2006 after having worked in Travel & Tourism the prior decade. My first manager told me that to be a successful advisor I would need “the mind of a capitalist and the heart of a social worker”. To this day, I have found this to be both who I am, and the reason why I love what I do.
I am passionate about helping my clients make sense of their financial lives, make smarter financial decisions and avoid costly financial mistakes by focusing on long-term goals.
My job satisfaction comes through providing unintimidating and ethical advice, developing client-focused relationships, and seeing my clients achieve financial milestones.
I maintain the professional credentials of the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, which has been the standard of excellence for financial planners for more than 30 years. CFP® professionals meet extensive training and experience requirements, commit to CFP Board's ethical standards that require them to put their clients' interests first and adhere to ongoing continuing education requirements.
I live in North Bend, Washington, and am proud to have called the Pacific Northwest home for 20 years. I thrive when I am in the mountains pursuing my passions of climbing, skiing, mountain biking and backpacking.
